Surviving the day after an all-nighter just got a whole lot easier

Didn’t catch a wink of sleep last night? We’ve all been there. Follow these surefire tips to keep from keeling over your desk:

First, don’t bother hitting the snooze button - according to scientists, those few extra minutes of sleep ultimately make no difference in making you feel well-rested. Make sure to eat breakfast, but stick to whole grains and proteins, avoiding sugar to circumvent crashing later. (Resist blueberry muffin). Heading outside asap will boost your energy, since bright, natural light amps up your alertness.
