What size am I?

We pride ourselves on offering the best in fit and want to make sure you find the perfect size and fit for you. Click on the ‘‘?’ next to SIZE on your item’s shop page to find the fit that is right for you. An example is below.

Shipping & Returns

What payment types do you accept?

We accept payment via the following methods

  • All major credit cards
  • Paypal
  • Amazon Payments

What is your Shipping Policy?

Currently we ship only to the US.

USPS is our shipping method and orders are usually processed between 2-5 business days. When you ship your order we will provide you with a tracking number in your shipping confirmation email. Shipping typically takes 1-3 business days. These times may vary during the holidays. 

We charge a flat rate of $6.99 anywhere in the US. We cover the cost of shipping when your order is over $100.

What is your Return Policy?

We accept returns for refund or exchange within 20 days of purchase. This is provided that items are unworn, unwashed and in the condition they were shipped with labels still attached to the garment.  Shipping for returns is free of charge, provided you return your items before the return label expires within 7 days.

If you want to return or exchange an item, send us an email at returns@recliner.nyc with your order number in the subject line, including the style names, colors and quantity of the item/s you wish to return. We will provide you with a return shipping label, provided your item has not been worn and still includes the tags. Your return shipping label will be sent to you via email and you will be notified of its expiry date. Should you fail to utilize the return label before its expiry date, you will have to arrange to return the items at your own cost. There is a $10 charge for processing and re-stocking. 

What happens if my item has a defect?

Take a picture of the damage as soon as you can and send us an email with your order number in the subject line to support@recliner.nyc. We will happily exchange the item for you. Please note that defective merchandise can only be reported for exchange or refund within 30 days of purchase.
