What size am I?

We want to make sure you find the perfect size and fit for you. We try to provide as much handy style-specific info as possible in our product descriptions. You can also click on the ‘‘?" above sizing on your item’s shop page to get a table of size conversions and measurements. An example is below.

Where are goods made? 

RECLINER products are manufactured in China. We work with small majority A-graded factories per the Free Trade Association. We are a strong advocate for trade unions who meet regularly with management to ensure that communication is fair and open and that working standards are met. Our manufacturing partners are supported by the BSCI. You can read more about our sourcing standards here

Shipping & Returns

What payment types do you accept?

We accept payment via the following methods

  • All major credit cards
  • Paypal
  • Amazon Payments
  • Quadpay (via Stripe)

What is your Shipping Policy?

Currently we ship only to the US.

USPS is our shipping method and orders are typically processed within 1 business day. When we ship your order we will provide you with a tracking number in your shipping confirmation email. Shipping typically takes 1-3 business days. These times may vary during the holidays. We charge a flat rate of $8 anywhere in the US. We cover the cost of shipping when your order is over $100. We also run shipping promotions and waive shipping fees from time to time.

A Same Day delivery service is offered to orders shipping to Manhattan addresses. Order before 12pm Monday to Friday and we'll ship your order by 9pm that day. We charge $15 for this service. 

What is your Return Policy?

We accept returns for refund or exchange within 20 days of purchase. This is provided that items are unworn, unwashed and in the condition they were shipped with labels still attached to the garment.  Shipping for returns is free of charge, provided you return your items before the return label expires within 7 days.

If you want to return or exchange an item, send us an email to hello@recliner.nyc with your order number in the subject line, including the style names, colors and quantity of the item/s you wish to return. Your return shipping label will be sent to you via email within 2 business days and you will be notified of its 7 day expiry date at that time. There is a $10 charge for processing and re-stocking, except if you are exchanging an item. We do not cover return shipping or processing fees after the first exchange. Items should be returned in the condition they were shipped; unworn, undamaged, fragrance-free and with original tags attached. Quality control reserves the right to charge a cleaning fee of $20 for any worn or damaged item.

How do I care for my RECLINERS?

We suggest washing your RECLINERs on delicate/cold, and either laying flat to dry or tumble dry low. Guidelines are provided for each product in the shop pages. 

If a stain occurs, we suggest soaking in cold water for 5-10 minutes before treating or washing, which can give the fibers time to loosen & release the proteins. Of course, you can always contact us directly for additional support too.

What happens if my item has a defect?

Take a picture of the defect as soon as you can and send us an email with your order number in the subject line to hello@recliner.nyc. We will happily exchange the item for you. Please note that defective merchandise can only be reported for exchange or refund within 30 days of purchase.

Gift Cards 

RECLINER gift cards do not expire. Gift cards can not be used in conjunction with seasonal / temporary promotions such as free shipping or discount codes. For more information on our gift cards, please visit the shopping page.
