Currently we ship only within the United States.
USPS and UPS are our standard shipping methods and orders are typically processed and shipped within 1 business day from our warehouse in New Jersey. When we ship your order we will provide you with a tracking number in your shipping confirmation email. Shipping typically takes up to 4 business days. Shipping times may also vary during the holidays or during periods of bad weather. We charge a flat shipping rate of $9 anywhere in the US for orders under $95. We cover the cost of shipping when your order is over $95. We also run shipping promotions and do waive shipping fees from time to time.
Expedited shipping options of 1 and 2 Day delivery are also available at checkout for additional fees.
DAMAGED, LOST, OR MISSING PACKAGES
If the tracking information shows that your package has been delivered but you haven’t received it, we suggest the following:
- Review your shipping confirmation email and confirm the address is accurate.
- Check all exterior doors and other locations where the package could be, including the porch, back patio, garage, and any area out of potential weather hazards. Look for a note from the postal carrier on the door.
- Check with your neighbors to see if it was delivered to their address.
- Live in an apartment? Check with the office staff, building security, and mailroom.
- Contact your local post office to see if it is being held for pickup.
If you still don’t have your package, please reach out to us at email@example.com within 7 days of the package being marked as delivered so we can further assist you.
If your package was damaged in transit, please include a photo of the damage.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
You can generate a return label or process an exchange via our online Returns and Exchanges portal. If you're returning/exchanging a gift, please make sure you have the order number, shipping zip code, and the full name on the shipping label email handy.
We accept returns for either refund or exchange within 30 days of purchase. This is provided that items are unworn, unwashed and in the condition they were shipped with the original labels still attached to the garment. We charge an $8 processing fee for returns. If you are exchanging item/s from your order, we do not charge a processing fee for the first exchange.
WHAT IF MY ITEM HAS A DEFECT?
Take a picture of the defect as soon as you can and send us an email with your order number in the subject line to firstname.lastname@example.org. We will happily exchange the item for you. Please note that defective merchandise can only be reported for exchange within 30 days of purchase.
WHERE ARE RECLINER PRODUCTS MADE?
RECLINER products are made in China with small majority A-graded manufacturing partners per the Free Trade Association. We are a strong advocate for trade unions who meet regularly with management teams to ensure that communication is fair and open and that working standards are being met. WHAT SIZE AM I?
We want to make sure you find the perfect size and fit for your new RECLINER product and aim to provide as much style-specific fit information as possible in our product descriptions. You can also click on the ‘‘?" icon next to "Select Sizes" on the product shop page to view a table of size conversions and measurements. An example is below.

CARING FOR OUR PRODUCTS
We suggest washing your RECLINERs on a delicate/cold wash setting, and either laying flat to dry or tumble dry on a low setting. Care guidelines are provided for each product in our shop pages. We also provide detailed care instructions on each product label.
If a stain occurs, soak in cold water for 10 minutes before treating or washing. This can give the fibers time to loosen and release proteins. Use delicate fabric stain removers when treating products. Do not use products with harsh chemicals or bleach. We do not recommend applying heavy or oil-based body creams immediately before using our products.
